Overview

CycleMate ("the App") is a free Android application developed by Muhammad Hasan Khan. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.

Data Collection and Storage

CycleMate does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

All data you enter into the App — including period start dates, mood entries, and notes — is stored exclusively on your device using a local database. No data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• No account registration required
• No analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No network requests (the App works entirely offline)
• No data shared with third parties

Biometric Data

The App offers an optional biometric lock feature. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (Android BiometricPrompt API). The App does not access, store, or transmit any biometric data.

Notifications

The App sends local notifications (daily care tips) using Android's WorkManager. These notifications are generated on-device and do not involve any external server.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by:

• Clearing the App's data in Android Settings, or
• Uninstalling the App

Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
